Dental fees are set by law in the Netherlands. Below you will find the official 2026 fee schedule from the Dutch Healthcare Authority.
Below is Appendix 1 of the official decision (Bijlage 1), which lists only the maximum dental rates. These apply from 1 January through 31 December 2026 and are published in Dutch.
